Households containing all full-time students for five or more months during the current calendar year must meet one of these qualifications:

  1. At least one student receiving assistance under the Title IV of the Social Security Act
  2. At least one student previously under the care and placement responsibility of the state agency responsible for administering foster care
  3. At least one student participating in a program receiving assistance under the Job Training Partnership Act, Workforce Investment Act, or under similar federal, state, or local laws
  4. At least one student a single parent with children and the parent is not a dependent of another individual and the children are not dependents of someone other than a parent.
  5. Students are married and entitled to file a joint tax return

Application fee(s) of $25/person age 18 or older and *holding fee of $500 due at time of application.

*Holding fee may increase to one month’s rent depending on screening and background check. The holding fee is transferred into the deposit upon move in.
