Our community participates in the Section 42 Tax Credit Program and has the following income restrictions based on number of people residing in the unit (Please Note: Further income restrictions may apply based on unit. The Property Manager will be able to let you know if further restrictions apply:
- 1 Person: $40,080
- 2 People: $45,780
- 3 People: $51,480
- 4 People: $57,180
- 5 People: $61,800
- 6 People: $66,360
Households containing all full-time students for five or more months during the current calendar year must meet one of these qualifications:
- At least one student receiving assistance under the Title IV of the Social Security Act
- At least one student previously under the care and placement responsibility of the state agency responsible for administering foster care
- At least one student participating in a program receiving assistance under the Job Training Partnership Act, Workforce Investment Act, or under similar federal, state, or local laws
- At least one student a single parent with children and the parent is not a dependent of another individual and the children are not dependents of someone other than a parent.
- Students are married and entitled to file a joint tax return
Application fee(s) of $25/person age 18 or older and holding fee* of $500 due at time of application.
*Holding fee may increase to one month’s rent depending on screening and background check. The holding fee is transferred into the deposit upon move in.
